Flanagan Partners LLP, a boutique firm located in downtown New Orleans, is the product of successful attorneys from two of the most respected firms in the city. The firm's lawyers bring together outstanding academic credentials, decades of invaluable experience, and an unshakable commitment to exceed their clients' expectations in every matter. The firm's founding partners, Thomas Flanagan and Harold Flanagan, both native New Orleanians, have distinguished themselves in the practice of law. Thomas Flanagan, a 1989 summa cum laude graduate of Tulane Law School, clerked on the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for the late John Minor Wisdom and was a co-founder of Stanley, Flanagan & Reuter, LLC. Harold Flanagan, an honors graduate of Loyola Law School, teaches insurance law at Tulane and most recently was a shareholder in Liskow & Lewis.
