Jamie Cangelosi concentrates her practice in commercial litigation where she has represented universities, law firms, attorneys, manufacturers, a condominium homeowners' association, and a Fortune 500 company. She also practices bankruptcy litigation, debtor and creditor rights, and civil appeals in state and federal court. Ms. Cangelosi has represented both creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 reorganization cases, and in litigation matters arising out of those cases, including grocery store chains, major fast food franchises, shipyards, oil companies, apartment complexes, a business services company, officers and directors in corporate disputes, and an alligator farm.
