Experience Summary
Ms. Duncan concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and civil appeals. She received her law degree magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School. Ms. Duncan was the Senior Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review, where her comment in Volume 84 won the Dean Rufus C. Harris Civil Law Award. She also received the Law Review's Class of 2000 Award and serves on its Board of Advisory Editors. She received her bachelor's degree with highest honors from the University of Southern Mississippi.
She currently is working on a project for Louisiana Appleseed to ensure that homeless children have access to public education. Ms. Duncan also is actively involved with The Pro Bono Project, which provides free civil legal services to the poor.
