NewsFebruary 18, 2011 Appellate victory Working closely with Entergy's in-house lawyers, Thomas Flanagan and Andy Dupre successfully petitioned the Louisiana Supreme Court to unanimously grant Entergy's writ application. The Court summarily reversed an appellate ruling that had, on its own motion, stricken Entergy's third-party demands against its statutory indemnitors as premature. Moreno v.
