Harold Flanagan and Stephen Pesce to Present at Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Special Institute

Harold Flanagan and Stephen Pesce will present "How Master Service Agreements and Risk Allocation Provisions Work" at the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Special Institute to be held at the Houston Hyatt Regency on March 3, 2010. Mr. Flanagan and Mr. Pesce draft and negotiate master service agreements, drilling contracts, and other service contracts on behalf of oil and gas exploration and production companies. They frequently share their experiences in seminars and through articles.
