NewsAugust 1, 2010 Harold Flanagan and Stephen Pesce to Present at the South Texas College of Law 23rd Annual Energy Law Institute for Attorneys and Landmen Harold Flanagan and Stephen Pesce will present "Master Service Agreements and Risk Allocation" at the 23rd Annual Energy Law Institute for Attorneys and Landmen to be held at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, on September 1-2, 2010. Mr. Flanagan and Mr. Pesce draft and negotiate master service agreements, drilling contracts, and other service contracts on behalf of oil and gas exploration and production companies.
