SEAN P. BRADY JOINS FLANAGAN PARTNERS LLP LAW FIRM
Concentration Areas Include Commercial Litigation, Insurance Recovery,

NEW ORLEANS – Flanagan Partners LLP today announced that Sean P. Brady has joined the New Orleans-based law firm, concentrating on commercial litigation, insurance recovery, construction, maritime law and white-collar criminal matters.

A native of Metairie, La., Brady previously was an associate in the maritime, oilfield and insurance section of the New Orleans office of Liskow & Lewis.
He has significant experience in litigating maritime casualties, including vessel collisions and barge breakaways, and has litigated several complex insurance coverage disputes and commercial construction matters.  Brady advises clients on compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, particularly the coastwise or “cabotage” laws, and has participated in the defense of several white-collar criminal investigations.

He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and law degree magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane, Brady served as a managing editor of the Tulane Law Review and was a member of the Tulane Criminal Litigation Clinic.
