KELSEY MEEKS DUNCAN JOINS FLANAGAN PARTNERS LLP LAW FIRM
Concentration Areas Include Commercial Litigation and Civil Appeals

NEW ORLEANS – Flanagan Partners LLP today announced that Kelsey Meeks Duncan has joined the New Orleans-based law firm, concentrating on commercial litigation, insurance recovery, construction, maritime law, and white-collar criminal matters.

A native of Pensacola, Fla., Ms. Duncan previously was an associate with Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and law degree magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane, Ms. Duncan was the Senior Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review and and a Senior Fellow for the Legal Analysis program.
