STEPHEN M. PESCE ELECTED PARTNER IN FLANAGAN PARTNERS LLP LAW FIRM
Concentration Areas Include Commercial Litigation and Civil Appeals

NEW ORLEANS – Flanagan Partners LLP today announced that Stephen M. Pesce has been elected as partner in the New Orleans-based law firm, concentrating on energy, insurance, construction, and commercial law. Mr. Pesce also handles contract negotiation and management, as well as litigation. His transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating all manner of oilfield, marine, and construction contracts. In addition, Mr. Pesce advises clients on matters involving insurance protection and indemnity issues.

A native of Metairie, La., Mr. Pesce graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University, received his law degree from Duke University, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
