Experience Summary
Practicing in the areas of energy, insurance coverage, admiralty, construction and commercial matters, Mr. Pesce handles litigation, as well as contract negotiation and management. Mr. Pesce’s transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating all manner of oilfield, marine, service and construction contracts. He advises clients on matters involving insurance protection, indemnity matters, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection compliance. In his litigation practice, Mr. Pesce handles complex matters involving indemnity claims, insurance coverage and commercial disputes.
