Ann R. Koppel is a litigator and corporate advisor with nearly twenty years of experience. She has substantial experience managing and litigating complex cases, including class actions in federal and state courts. Her diverse litigation experience includes healthcare/HIPAA, insurance coverage, products liability/pharmaceutical matters, and commercial disputes.

Most recently, Ms. Koppel was in-house counsel at Ochsner Health System, where she managed complex litigation and the HIPAA/Privacy and Research Compliance Departments. Her experience as an in-house advisor informs her “solution-oriented” approach to litigating and solving problems for her clients.

Ms. Koppel graduated with High Honors in History from Dartmouth College in 1994 and cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1997. She is an active volunteer in several community organizations supporting education and the arts.
