Harold Flanagan, chairman of the New Orleans Bar Association’s Insurance Law Committee, and Meghan Grant will co-host a panel discussion on insurance claims handling on Friday, October 11 at noon. Paul McSweeney F.C.I.I. with Starr Adjustment Services Inc. and John Raynor with Southern Dispute Resolution LLC, two seasoned claim handlers, will discuss the challenges facing the claims handler and pitfalls for practitioners in the industry. This panel discussion counts for one hour of CLE credit and will be held at the NOBA offices at 650 Poydras St., Suite 1505.
