Harold Flanagan to Present on Insurance Issues for Business Litigators

Harold Flanagan of Flanagan Partners LLP and Minor Pipes of Pipes Miles Beckman, LLC will present on insurance issues for the business litigator.

The presentation will cover pre-litigation strategy, the importance of understanding and documenting the underlying facts, drafting comprehensive but targeted discovery requests, employing effective measures for taking and defending depositions, filing pretrial motions to narrow issues, dealing with ambiguity and bad faith, and settlement approaches, including Gasquet and other non-traditional techniques.
